Maybe I will Take a shot at brewing my own beer.

Have you ever wanted to be able to brew your own beer? I have tasted beers from all over the world in my travels and discovered some really great ones. Problem is when you leave that country you are no longer able to get that new beer you just fell in love with. So I decided to see if I could create some of my own favorite beers so that I could get access to them whenever I wanted. I did a litle research and quickly discovered that it was way more difficult to create your own homebrew then I ever thought it would be. There are countless variations and personal touches to experiment with. Being the impatient type, I decided to look for a ‘How To’ course to at least get me started on the right path. That’s when I discovered the Better Your Brewing course by John Dennis. I was able to avoid many ‘newbie’ mistakes by following John’s instructions and produced some pretty good beer on my first try!
