As you can tell there are many reasons why you should not take your phone with you to bed. Instead, you can do things like get some great luxury silk sheets or some other fine bedding. Get something that you appreciate and want to relax in.
Get an old style alarm clock and leave your phone outside your room. This will really help you sleep better because you won’t have it around to mess with.
