It’s not too difficult to superchange your fat burning potential by eating the right foods. One in particular you should add to your diet is whey protein and natural protein sources. Your lean muscle mass will use protein to recover quickly which means it will eat more body fat.
Here is how I like to add protein to my diet and make my boot camp workouts more powerful.
Breakfast – I will either have a protein shake with some oatmeal or I’ll have an egg sandwich of finally some protein pancakes. These are all homemade recipes that any women can eat to supercharge the breakfast meal.
Your body needs that protein to get kicked up and get your metabolism pumping.
Lunch – During lunch is when I typically like to workout so a protein shake is a must. Not to mention it will help fuel the body through the afternoon.
With the right amount of calories, carbs, and other nutrients, you can be burning fat very fast.
Finally, dinner. I like to make sure I get both meat protein sources along with some other sources like beans or nuts. Plant based protein is useful too and really helps you become the fat burning machine you want.
Just make sure you keep your diet consistent and then when mixed with the most effective fat burning exercises, you will never be the same.
