Have you ever wanted to be able to brew your own beer? I have tasted beers from all over the world in my travels and discovered some really great ones. So I decided to see if I could create some of my own favorite beers so that I could get access to them whenever I wanted. I did a litle research and quickly discovered that it was way more difficult to create your own homebrew then I ever thought it would be. There are countless variations and personal touches to experiment with. Being the impatient type, I decided to look for a ‘How To’ course to at least get me started on the right path. That’s when I discovered the Better Your Brewing course by John Dennis. I was able to avoid many ‘newbie’ mistakes by following John’s instructions and produced some pretty good beer on my first try!
